Process and Pre-requirements

Understanding the Case Before Acceptance

If someone wishes to take our paid Classical Vedic Vastu online consultation —offered as an integrated wellness package—they must first contact me via WhatsApp or email. Before accepting any case, I take the time to thoroughly understand the client’s situation by reviewing:

  • The type of property and its floor plan,
  • The exact location through Google Maps,
  • The number of family members involved.
These details ensure an accurate assessment right from the beginning.

I also place equal importance on understanding the human side of the consultation, including:

  • the client’s attitude and preferences,
  • the reason they are seeking Vastu guidance, and
  • what their realistic expectations are from the process.
Such preliminary discussions help maintain clarity and transparency for both sides. My consultation fee is reasonable, fixed, and varies only based on the property type, size, and the number of occupants. More than one property assessment will incur different pricing.

Awareness as Protection Against Misguidance

I also request clients to read all of my articles to understand the traditional working framework during the consultation period over months. I have not published them as books to ensure they are freely available for everyone. An informed client is far better protected from being misled, overcharged, or given unrealistic promises elsewhere. Awareness is essential—for trusting the process and for understanding what genuine wellness work actually involves. It includes various aspects of internal and external alignment and some improvement techniques.

Don’t Choose on Price Alone—Choose on Commitment

After the initial discussion and clarity about the consultation fees, clients are always free to explore other Classical Vedic Vastu online consultation or offline and compare. In fact, comparison is healthy—it helps one make an informed, confident decision rather than acting under pressure or hype.

When evaluating any Classical Vedic Vastu online consultation or offline, one should consider not just the price but the quality of their long-term support. This includes assessing:

  • the sincerity and depth of the consultant’s effort,
  • the transparency and honesty of their working process, and
  • how many follow-up video sessions they are willing to provide over the months and even years, including any charges for repeat consultations.

Understanding Hidden Costs in the Consultation Market

It is equally important to examine a consultant’s remedy structure. Many Vastu online or offline consultants keep their initial consultation fee low but earn the majority of their income through product sales or commissions. In such cases, the real motivation subtly shifts toward how many items they can sell, not how sincerely they can help.

The remedy phase in these setups often becomes the financial trap. Through emotional persuasion and well-crafted psychology, clients may end up spending staggering amounts—anywhere from ₹50,000 to even ₹9 lakh—on items marketed as mandatory for “corrections.”
This pattern is rarely disclosed at the beginning, and people discover it only after they have already developed emotional trust.

Before committing to any Classical Vedic Vastu online consultation or offline, clients should observe whether the practitioner is:

  • recommending remedies because they are genuinely needed,
  • being transparent about all potential expenses from the very beginning, and
  • free from product-based or commission-driven motivations.

My approach, like that of the sincere practitioners, remains transparent from the first interaction.

  • No hidden costs,
  • no product selling, and
  • no financial agenda behind any remedy.

The intention is solely to provide authentic, unbiased guidance rooted in classical Vāstu principles—not to profit from someone’s vulnerability.

Guided by Vedic Principles, Not Commercial Strategy

My service is lifelong; once I take up a case, I remain available for ongoing guidance without ever asking for additional money. This is not a marketing tactic but simple adherence to traditional Vedic principles of service.

I charge a fixed initial fee only for the substantial work involved—studying the property, analyzing its energetic patterns, and conducting periodic energy checks based on feedback. When done sincerely, this work is:

  • mentally sharp and insight-driven,
  • energetically demanding, and
  • analytically intensive.
The intention is never to create financial dependency through recurring charges, but to provide authentic, long-term support rooted in classical Vedic principles.

Beginning the Work: Timing, Availability, and Initial Payment

If the client chooses to proceed with me as a Classical Vedic Vastu online consultation advisor, I request the initial part-payment only when I am actually free to begin studying their case. I never accept advance payments while occupied with another client’s work, so the waiting time may vary depending on my schedule.

Once the initial payment is completed, I begin the assessment, which may take a few days. During this analysis period, enquiries from other existing clients may be temporarily paused or delayed depending on my commitments, but they are never ignored or forgotten.

This approach ensures:

  • full attention on one case at a time,
  • no overlapping workload,
  • genuine quality in the assessment rather than rushed delivery.

Information Required After Part Payment

  1. For the assessment, I require two daytime video of the property in natural light, with and without switching on artificial lights.
  • Please do not declutter or change your usual arrangement for the video.
  • I need to observe the authentic, lived-in environment for accurate evaluation.
Multiple video calls may still be scheduled to understand specific indoor and outdoor placements in detail. Please ensure internet connection is good during call.

2. I also need the accurate Google Maps or Google Earth location of the property. This helps determine the true facing direction and identify any natural directional tilt (Vidisha).

  • A tilt is not an issue, contrary to what many consultants claim.
  • It simply allows precise gridding and zone mapping.
Since builder maps often show incorrect directions or ignore real-life tilt, I always verify the actual orientation through geolocation. This is standard practice among sincere consultants.

A layout plan with dimensions, if available, is useful.

  • These are usually included in the sale deed or provided by the builder.
  • Please ensure the layout truly matches your current home. let me know if any modifications have been made.

A sample property layout:

Multi floor homes have individual floor plans.

3. I also request the birth details of all family members living in the property—name, date, year, and time of birth.

  • If exact birth time is unknown, simply mention that.

4. Additionally, please provide:

  • A list of problem areas observed in family members,
  • Any health concerns, even small ones such as dandruff, stiffness, digestive issues, fatigue, or emotional patterns.

Minor issues often give important clues about both personal energy and the spatial imbalance of the property.

Remaining fees & Remedies

After completing the detailed study, I will request the remaining consultation fee before beginning the remedy guidance. I do not sell remedies, nor do I take commissions from any product or vendor. My fee covers the entire consultation journey across all phases, which naturally evolves over the months based on your feedback and the shifting energetic responses of the property.

Remedies are introduced gradually and strategically, prioritizing what the space genuinely needs. Depending on the case, I may recommend:

  • Cosmic remedies – subtle energetic realignments
  • Telluric remedies – Earth-based or geomagnetic balancing
  • Structural remedies – furniture rearrangement or minor non-destructive changes (only with your approval)
  • Elemental remedies – five-element harmonization
  • Chakra remedies – crystals if required.
  • Astrological remedies – excluding gemstones, as the school I follow does not prescribe them for malefic planets
  • Internal remedies – simple yogic tools supporting mantra and meditation (optional)
  • Dietary remedies – chakra-strengthening food guidance based on individual prakriti (not a substitute for medical advice)

There is no extra charge for additional chats, voice calls, or video sessions—during the process or even years later. Some clients may voluntarily donate out of gratitude; I never ask, but if they insist, I use it for spiritual seva.
